Huge thank you to everyone who purchased a ticket to the Oakland Roots Home Opener in support of Beyond the Ring, Inc. We had Osorio Training Center staff, board members, gym members, and supportive friends from all across the Bay Area come together for an incredible cause.
Because of you, a portion of every ticket sold will go toward our goal of supporting 50 youth and young adults in our program—with the ultimate vision of making this program completely FREE for all participants.
A special thank you to the Oakland Roots and Garrett Post for helping coordinate and for getting Beyond the Ring on the jumbotron. It was also amazing to witness a historic halftime performance by E-40, celebrate a big win for the Roots, and most importantly, feel the energy of a community coming together to support our youth.
We are incredibly grateful to all of our supporters who continue to show up for this mission.
