What are your rates?
I would have to say my rates, including travel rates, are very reasonable and negotiable depending on the scope of work. Let’s sit down, discuss your needs and rates at that time.
How do you charge?
Because every event is different, I charge by the hour. One rate for planning, one rate for work up until two weeks to minimize last minute changes before the event and one rate for day-of coordinating and the wedding rehearsal. I bill on a monthly basis with a net of 14 days. Invoices will outline date, hours worked and what was completed during that time.
How far are you willing to travel?
I am open! I have worked a wedding in Hawaii. If the event is located outside of the Bay Area, hotel accommodations will be required and/or a car rental and flight, if applicable. Mileage and toll expenses will be billed.

Is there anything else we should know about you?
Unfortunately I am allergic to horse dander so I avoid horses and barns etc.
I find weddings with heavy volunteer labor by family and friends do not work well. I request this to be kept at a minimum and assigned to low priority tasks such as bringing X items to the venue that are personal touches to the event.

I want to get to know more about you, your fiance and what your needs are. Please submit a Request for a Consultation to have a phone conversation first. We will then meet in person at a public location to see if we amicably can work together.
I want to move forward. What’s next?
I will draft a contract for signature. A non-refundable retainer of an agreed amount will be needed to confirm the date.
I only need assistance on the Day Of. Is that possible?
Yes and no. In order to execute your event flawlessly, I need time to fully understand your event, the vendors, read the contracts and outline expectations, review the timeline, tour the venue, introduce myself to vendors and run your wedding rehearsal. I would need at least two weeks before your event to study, inquire or adjust anything that is not clear or yet completed.
I don’t need an Event Planner or Coordinator, but do need assistance with miscellaneous tasks. Is that possible?
If my schedule allows it, most certainly. An itemized list of tasks and hours will need to be outlined on the agreement for signature.
Do you accept credit cards?
Not at this time. Venmo is preferred. A personal check or money order is acceptable. Fees for returned checks will be billed.
