Stopped in at Councilwoman’s Julie Roche’s re-election fundraising event this past Sunday. It was a beautiful day at someone’s home with a great view and hopeful look ahead to brighter days.
How lovely it was to see so many community members in attendance (Mayor Mark Salinas, Alameda County Supervisor Elisa Marquez, Hayward City Councilmembers Ray Bonilla and Angela Andrews, Sara Lamnin, Sabrina Aranda, Golden Safari, Aisha Knowles and more!) of Julie.
I brought my niece to experience this and I’m sooo glad she said yes to meeting a room of new people. We loved Norah’s speech and cupcakes and brownies. Delish!
